BreakCheck exists to bring transparency to the card-break hobby. This Code of Conduct applies to all sellers listed on the platform, with additional standards for BreakCheck Certified members. Following these standards keeps the community trustworthy and helps collectors make informed decisions.

Community Standards for All Sellers

Every seller on BreakCheck is expected to:

BreakCheck Certified Standards

BreakCheck Certified is a paid, verified badge for sellers who meet eligibility criteria and pass background check review. Certified sellers agree to the following additional commitments:

Certified sellers who fail to meet these standards may have their certification revoked. See the Cert Appeals Process if you believe a revocation was made in error.

Reporting Violations

If you believe a seller has violated this Code of Conduct, you have several options:

We review all reports but cannot guarantee action on every submission. Priority is given to reports with documented evidence. BreakCheck does not mediate individual disputes between buyers and sellers, but verified patterns of misconduct may affect a seller's profile and certification status.
